There is a spectrum of interventions available when working with groups or teams; often commonly described as facilitation. Facilitating the conversations, purpose and performance of a group or team is part of the team coach’s role.

Additional elements brought by the team coach amount to a partnership: with the team, individual members and the client organisation. Such partnerships, established by and with Lettoch coaches, are co-designed with the client group to create the desired and durable impact to collective performance. The partnership model attends thoroughly to the complex and connected layers at play in a group or team that can include: business performance expectations, inter-team relationships and leadership, and the collective purpose and mission of a team.

The Lettoch team partnership model will include some or all of the following elements:

    • Individual team leader/director coaching
• Pre and post conversations with each team member as part of an intervention
• Co-designed and led away day/off-site meetings (residential & non-residential)
• In-business team meetings observed and/or facilitated with feedback.

Our off-site meeting venue facility at Lettoch offers a choice to teams of working for a day or more in Highland Perthshire.
