David is a business coach and facilitator with 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, 8 of which has been at Director level. He has helped organisations to make lasting improvements to their business performance by coaching leadership, teamwork, business development and marketing.

As Managing Director within two major advertising agency networks, he has worked with clients including American Express, IBM, Unilever and Nestle on major campaigns in the UK, Europe and the Far East. Returning to the UK 5 years ago, he made a career change in to the world of coaching and development, and has built up an enviable track record with many large UK and international companies including Shell, BP and Talisman. His style is creative and highly engaging and focused on producing effective outcomes and lasting impact. He completed his coach training with Sir John Whitmore’s Performance Coach Training and is also accredited in Belbin Team Roles.
