Kirsty is an experienced performance coach with a background in education, organizational development and coaching. Formerly of the Change Partnership (now Praesta Partners), Kirsty established her own coaching practice in 2001 and with partner Steve Rawson, Lettoch Associates was founded from their Perthshire home.

Kirsty coaches executive and emerging leaders in the oil and gas industry, contractor services, finance, civil service and public service organisations. Clients include BP, Aramark, Baker Hughes, the Scottish Leadership Foundation the Scottish Executive and a number of local authorities. As a coaching supervisor she works with independent and internal coaches and is actively developing the role and availability of coaching supervision in Scotland.

Kirsty is a team coach to a number of leadership teams and facilitates leadership groups tackling issues that require a synthesis of agendas to produce strategic cohesion and collective leadership. Examples include:

• Executives leading partner-operated off-shore assets whose agendas include strongly competitive elements.
• Core multi-agency leadership groups accountable for the implementation of strategy in relation to for example, child protection and alcohol & drug action.

A member of Faculty of the School of Coaching (www.theschoolofcoaching.com) Kirsty works with colleagues on client projects both in Scotland, the UK and overseas leading in-house coaching skills development programmes and executive coaching.

An associate of the Bath Consultancy Group (BCG) (www.bathconsultancygroup.com) Kirsty co-designs and runs projects in relation to organisational culture, leadership and strategic development.
