Marian is a chartered business psychologist.  She comes from a background as a strategic consultant with the Industrial Society (now called The Work Foundation) where she worked for 5 years and 11 years within central government as a senior psychologist and manager with the then Dept. of Education and Employment.  She has over twenty years track record of managing, leading and implementing change, for individuals, teams and organisations.   She has led residential leadership development programmes for a cross section of leaders and coached leaders in both the public, voluntary and private sector.

She constructively challenges executives and top teams to think beyond narrow boundaries.  An experienced business coach and facilitator she works with both individuals and groups to effect long term change.  Executive coaching and leadership development involves effecting change in attitudes, communication and behaviours while meeting the strategic initiatives of the organisation.  This she does for long term results.
