Steve Rawson is a leadership and business coach. Having trained and graduated from the School of Coaching, Steve works with one-to-one clients and teams across Scotland. His portfolio includes clients from manufacturing, brand management and education, as well as retail and business growth.

A graduate engineer with ten years experience in the manufacturing sector, Steve became General Manager of a £5 million business before moving into coaching and mentoring. This experience has provided him with a first-hand perspective on the demands of operating and running a successful enterprise to the satisfaction of local and international clients.

A Director of Lettoch Associates Steve works alongside his clients with the intended aim of facilitating transformational experiences both for the individual and the organisation. He also runs the Green Teams portfolio at Lettoch, providing outdoor team building experiences for groups.

Steve’s clients include BP, Grontmij, Aveda at James Duns House, Lloyds TSB Scotland, The National Trust for Scotland, Perth & Kinross Council; and business owner-managers.

Steve leads the planning, development and much of the renovation of Lettoch Farm buildings as well as managing the business as a whole. He is also a qualified Mountain Leader, enabling him to take individuals and groups for walks into the surrounding hills.
